How to Report Users on Bugufi

Step-by-Step Process

Find the User You Want to Report

You can report users from various places on Bugufi:

  • Product Pages: Look for seller information
  • User Profiles: Visit user profile pages
  • Order History: Report sellers after orders
  • User Lists: In admin panels or directories

Click the "Report User" Button

Look for one of these report buttons:

Fill Out the Report Form

You'll be taken to a form where you need to:

  • Select a reason: Harassment, Spam, Fraud, etc.
  • Add description: Provide details about the incident
  • Submit: Click the submit button

Wait for Admin Review

What happens after you submit:

  • Report logged: Your report is saved in our system
  • Admin review: Our team reviews the report
  • Action taken: User may be suspended for 24 hours
  • No retaliation: Your identity is protected
Important: Anonymous reports are welcome, but false reports may result in IP restrictions. Only report users who are actually violating our community guidelines.
